Agility is a fast-growing dog sport that showcases the power of the human-canine bond. As the handler directs the dog through a predetermined obstacle course, the team races against the clock to finish the agility course with as few mistakes as possible.
The 2023 AKC National Agility Championship (NAC) takes place March 16 through 19 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but you don’t have to be ringside to enjoy the action. You can watch this year’s championship from the comfort of your home so you don’t miss a beat.
Ways to Watch 2023 AKC National Agility Championship
Viewers can tune in to AKC.tv during scheduled competition times on March 17, 18, and 19. AKC.tv will livestream each ring, and each ring will have its own channel on AKC.tv, so viewers can easily find what they are looking for. Find when your favorite breed or team will compete by reviewing the ring schedule.
Thursday’s warm-ups will not be livestreamed, but you can catch Premier Standard Class and NAC Standard Class on Friday, Jumpers With Weaves (JWW) and Hybrid on Saturday, and Challengers and Finals on Sunday.

What Dog Breeds Will I See?
All dog breeds can compete in Agility. Each dog covers the same course, where jump heights are adjusted to make the competition fair across all canine sizes. You will see plenty of Border Collies, Shetland Sheepdogs, and Australian Shepherds. Other breeds who qualified to compete at the 2023 AKC National Agility Championship are the Petit Basset Griffon Vendéen, Samoyed, French Bulldog, and Bernese Mountain Dog, as well as plenty of All-American Dogs.
